Shipping policy

Shipping
All orders are shipped with tracking.
- Norway: free shipping.
- Other countries: the shipping cost for your country is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Norway: normal delivery time is 7–14 business days from the order date.
- Other countries: normal delivery time is 10–20 business days from the order date.
During peak seasons (e.g. Black Friday and Christmas) delivery may take a little longer – order gifts in good time.
Items are shipped from our supplier's warehouse abroad.

Customs and import taxes
For orders to Norway, taxes are paid in advance, so you pay no customs, VAT or fees on delivery.
For orders to other countries, import duties, taxes or handling fees may apply depending on your country's rules. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. It may take 2–4 days before the tracking shows updates.

Package not arrived?
If you have not received your package within 20 business days (Norway) or 30 business days (other countries), contact us by email with your order number and we will send a new package or refund the full amount.

Shipping area
We ship to Norway, the European Union and the United States. Countries available at checkout are the countries we currently ship to.
