Refund policy

60-day returns
At Nordic Nomad Co you have 60 days to return your purchase, counted from the day you receive the item. If you change your mind, you can return the unused item and get your money back. This comes in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you are a consumer in Norway, the EU/EEA or the UK, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. You do not need to give a reason. Let us know by email within the deadline – a simple message saying that you want to cancel your purchase, with your order number, is enough.

How to return an item
- Send us an email with your order number and which items you want to return. You will find our email address under Contact information at the bottom of the page.
- We will reply with the return address.
- Send the item in good packaging and keep the receipt for the shipment.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is wrong, damaged or defective.

Refunds
We refund the full purchase price, including the original shipping cost, no later than 14 days after we have been notified that you want to cancel your purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item or proof that it has been sent. The money is refunded to the same payment method you used.
If the item has been used more than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may deduct an amount for the reduced value.

Defective items (warranty)
You have the right to complain about defects under applicable consumer law – in Norway, the EU/EEA and the UK this is at least 2 years. If the card is faulty or stops working, contact us by email with your order number and a short description (a photo or video is helpful), and we will send a replacement or give you your money back. You do not pay shipping for warranty claims.
